Stedia looks up the order in Shopify, drafts the reply and puts it in front of you. On Mondays it builds the stock report, on Wednesdays it follows up with suppliers who are late.

Every WednesdayTwo reminders sentIt reads orders and products in Shopify and the mail in Gmail or Outlook, without asking.
Replies to customers, the stock report and follow-ups with suppliers are ready with every detail.
In chat, each email waits on a card. On a schedule, only what you allowed during setup goes out.
A schedule on a fixed interval, as often as every 5 minutes, goes through new mail. For each customer who asks about an order, Stedia opens the order in Shopify with its line items and notes, sees whether it is paid and shipped, and drafts a reply with that status. A rule like “never promise a delivery date” goes into the workspace rules once, and every reply follows it.
At 7:00 on Mondays, Stedia reads last week’s orders and your products from Shopify and adds the figures to your stock sheet in Google Sheets. Ask for a one-page PDF with the best sellers, and it lands in the schedule’s conversation. Allow sending on the schedule, and Stedia also emails it to you through Gmail, with the PDF attached.
On Wednesdays, Stedia reads your open purchase orders from a Google Sheet and checks the delivery dates. For each supplier that is late, it finds the last thread in Outlook and drafts a short, friendly follow-up. If you allow only drafts during setup, the follow-ups wait in Outlook, and a supplier only hears from you once you send them.
If stock and purchase orders live in your own merchandise or ERP system, connect it through its API. On Business and Enterprise, an admin opens “Connected tools”, then “Add your own” and “Import an API”, and picks up to 15 actions, such as reading stock levels. Every action that changes something gets “Asks first”. The credentials are stored encrypted, and the AI never sees them.
An assistant holds the rules for the shop inbox: delivery details only from Shopify, the customer’s language, short and friendly. Before an admin publishes it, “Testing” runs it against example requests without touching your shop or your mailbox. A schedule can run as that assistant, so its drafts follow those instructions just as they do in chat.
Reading products and orders runs without asking. Creating or updating a product asks first, and so do sending, replying and writing to a sheet. On a schedule, the test run lists those actions and you allow them one by one. Anything you have not allowed waits for your decision. “Approval wait” sets how long a run waits for your approval, between 1 hour and 7 days.
