Before every client meeting, you get a short briefing.
Stedia looks at who is coming, reads your recent emails with them and the files that belong to the client, and sums it up in a few lines. You walk in knowing where things stand. Afterwards it drafts the follow-up email for your approval.
The professional services jobs, including a briefing before each client meeting.
How it works
Stedia reads the calendar
It opens the meeting in full, with its time and guests.
It gathers the context
Emails with the client, the contract in Drive, notes in Google Docs, the row in your pipeline.
You get the briefing
A few lines in the chat, or a PDF when you want it on paper.
In detail
From your calendar
Stedia reads Google Calendar or Outlook without asking. It opens a single event in full and so knows who is coming. Ask in the morning “Brief me on today’s client meetings”, or set up a schedule that does it every weekday morning, or at a fixed interval through the day. The briefing is then waiting when you start.
What happened so far
For each guest, Stedia searches your Gmail or Outlook for recent emails and sums up what is open: the last question, a promised document, an offer still waiting for an answer. In Microsoft Teams it can search chat and channel messages too. All of this is reading, so nothing asks first.
The files that belong to the client
Stedia finds the latest contract in Google Drive and can tell you the notice period. It reads Google Docs with headings, lists and tables intact, so project notes come through as they were written. In SharePoint it searches sites, libraries and lists, and in OneDrive your files and the ones shared with you. A row in a Google Sheet, such as the client’s stage in your pipeline, completes the picture.
The same briefing every time
An assistant keeps the briefing in one shape for the whole team, for example: who is coming, what is open, what we offered, what to ask. An admin writes the instructions once, picks the tools and tests with examples before publishing. Everyone then opens a chat from it, and every message uses its latest published version.
Where you read it
A scheduled briefing lands in the schedule’s own conversation, marked with a clock icon in the sidebar. If your team uses Stedia in Slack, Teams, Google Chat or WhatsApp, ask the Stedia bot there before you leave for the meeting. Say “as a PDF” when you want the briefing on paper.
After the meeting
Tell Stedia what was agreed, and it drafts the follow-up email and the next appointment. Both ask first: the email card shows recipient and full text, the calendar card shows times and guest list. Changing a guest list replaces it, so anyone missing from the list you approve is removed from the event.
