Stedia makes documents that look like they came from you.
Ask for an offer or a report as a PDF, a Word file, slides or a page. Stedia makes it with your logo and colors. You set them once, along with your fonts and, for PDFs, your letterhead. Every file is kept under Resources, linked to the chat it came from.
The Files tab: reports, offers and slides Stedia made, and files uploaded in chat, each with its origin. Example data.
How it works
You name the format
Say “as a PDF”, “as a Word file”, “as slides” or “as a page” in your request.
Stedia lays it out
The document takes your brand, and a PDF is printed on your stationery.
You review and pass it on
Preview it in the chat or under Files, then download it or ask for changes.
In detail
Four formats
Documents come as PDF unless you ask for something else. A Word file can be edited, commented on and tracked in Word. Slides follow your brand, and a page is a single web page, such as a one-pager or a pricing table, that you can download as an HTML file. Say “as a chart”, and the same chart appears in the PDF or Word file.
Your brand, set once
Under Resources → Brand, Stedia reads your website or your brand guide and proposes your logo, colors, fonts and voice. You check each part before anything is saved, or set it all up by hand. From then on every PDF, Word file, deck and page uses it, whether you asked in chat or a schedule wrote it overnight.
Your letterhead on every PDF
A stationery puts your logo, address block and legal footer on the page, and Stedia writes into the space that is left. “Import from a PDF” reads an offer you have already sent and opens the studio on what it found. Drag elements into place, choose what appears on the first page only, and press “Make default”.
What you see is what prints
The studio preview shows the sheet exactly as it will print. It shows roughly how many lines the text frame holds and warns when that number is small. Placeholders such as the title, the date and the page number are filled in as each document is written. Only owners and admins set up the brand and the stationery; everyone else sees them read-only.
Every file in one place
The Files tab lists what Stedia made and what you uploaded, from the web chat, from Slack, Teams and other chat apps, and from schedules. Filter by “Kind” and “Origin”, then preview, download or delete a file. “Open in chat” takes you back to the conversation, where you ask for changes.
Which stationery a document uses
Each document gets the right stationery: the one chosen in the chat or on the schedule, otherwise your default. On a stationery, a Word file keeps paper, margins, colors, type, header and footer; elements placed on the sheet, such as a logo, are PDF only. If a stationery is deleted, the document uses your default and is still written.
